Yoga: breathe, feel, relax
Yoga is more than just movement and asanas (body positions). Yoga is a mindful attitude to life and a philosophical teaching that includes not only physical care but also mental care. My yoga sessions are about breathing consciously, perceiving yourself through movement, finding deep inner peace and at the same time recharging your batteries. We practice this with conscious breathing exercises, mindful asanas and relaxation. Yoga is all about you, feeling yourself and finding your center.
If you start with a body that feels inflexible, you will notice much more quickly that something is changing if you repeat the exercises regularly. And since yoga is not just about asanas and there are other things that help you stay healthy and balanced, I recommend you try it out and take time for yourself.

The Malga Peziè de Parù is located in an enchanting green pastureland between the Giau Pass and Cortina d'Ampezzo. The tastefully rustically furnished double rooms smell of the wood essences of the surrounding forests.
